Proud to have received another thank-you note from Action Against Hunger on behalf of our fundraising efforts. In the letter, we were given some updates on recent developments from Action Against Hunger.
“In 2011, we helped some 6 million people in desperate need, including over 850,000 in East Africa, where a once-in-a-generation drought caused the United Nations to declare famine conditions. We were one of the only organizations working on the ground in Somalia, where conditions were worst due to a combination of extreme drought and political instability.”
